mini mcacaronsI have been reading up any books, blogs and youtube that say macarons as it is driving me crazy with every failure i encountered. Today i finally get to try it with success!! I cannot describe the feeling when i saw the feet forming and it all went well... no cracks, no wrinkles, no deflation and no no feet.
Paige has put in her request for green tea and plain almond macarons... will be doing it again when i can spare some time during the day.
