Peanut Cookies

While i have only 2hours to bake something in the kitchen as my little charmer is in school, i tried out the peanut cookies that is a must buy item for CNY as i love peanuts and all sort of nuts!! This is my first time trying to bake peanut cookies and it's such a breeze... done within an hour!

Here is my peanut cookies with a different touch!

Pineapple tarts are really getting into me! I have made 3 batches using 3 different pastry dough and I haven't decide which one is the best!! This is the latest one that i have made...







I shall announced which one will be the best in a couple of days!! ;)



I am back with my answer to which pastry is good for the pineapple tarts that i am baking... It's the 4th one that i tried out today!!! Finally i find the answer to soft and buttery pastry for my tart! At least my hard work pays off! ;)
